TEMPERAMENT
Eurasiers are wonderful household companions - confident and affectionate - that bond strongly to their family and are reserved but not fearful of, or aggressive to strangers. They are a self assured, calm, and generally quiet breed that can adapt to all types of residential living including apartments. While not a persistent barker, they will bark when necessary to warn the household.
As with all dogs, Eurasiers should be provided with lots of enrichment in their lives. They must be given regular exercise including daily walks with an off-leash component, although they don't mind lying around the house either. Prey drive varies among individuals.
Eurasiers are happiest when they have lots of close contact and attention from their humans throughout the day and firm but understanding, gentle, and consistent training.
